401(k) Retirement Plan
Join the 401(k) Retirement Plan anytime and make pre-tax or Roth after-tax contributions. After one year of service, get a Texas Health match up to 6% of pay, starting with 75 cents for every dollar contributed. And it goes up from there.

Tuition Reimbursement
Both full-time and some part-time employees are eligible for reimbursement of tuition costs. Depending on your employee status, student status, and type of degree, you can receive between $2,000 - $5,250 per year for tuition and fees on approved clinical or non-clinical degrees.
